  • Cast on: A multiple of 8 stitches, + 2.
  • Setup row: Purl 1, *purl 1 wrapping yarn twice around needle, purl 5, purl 1 wrapping yarn twice around needle, purl 1; repeat from * to end.

  • Row 1 - Right side: Knit 1, *slip 1 wyib dropping extra wrap, knit 5, slip 1 wyib dropping extra wrap, knit 1; repeat from * to end.
  • Row 2: Purl 1, *slip 1 wyif, purl 5, slip 1 wyif, purl 1; repeat from * to end.
  • Row 3: Knit 1, *slip 1 wyib, knit 5, slip 1 wyib, knit 1; repeat from * to end.
  • Row 4: Purl, dropping all elongated Color A slip stitches off the needle to the back.

Color A

  • Row 5: Knit 1, slip 1 wyib, knit 1, *pick up 1st dropped stitch and knit it, knit 1, pick up next dropped stitch and knit it, CLUSTER, knit 1, slip 3 wyib, knit 1; repeat from * to last 4 stitches, pick up 1st dropped stitch and knit it, knit 1, slip 1 wyib, knit 1.
