How to create the knot stitch
- In one stitch, work the following sequence: K1, P1, K1, P1, K1, P1, K1. You will have a total of 7 stitches on the right needle.
- Using the point of the left needle, pass the 2nd stitch over the last stitch.
- Continue passing the next stitches (3rd through 7th) over the last stitch, one at a time.
- When all stitches have been passed over, only 1 stitch remains on the right needle, forming the knot.
Cast on a multiple of 18 stitches.
